Cooking school: 
Alila Cooking School is conducted over a period of five days and focuses on Indonesian (but essentially Balinese) food. The format for the cooking School is that the participants spend approximately half of each day in the kitchen and the other half exploring Bali from a culinary as well as cultural point of view
