There are 2 types, first the bedrooms are located on the first and second floor. Another Type is both bedrooms are on the first floor and the living room on the ground floor. Three Bedroom Villa (Gatot Kaca Villa):
The Villas has the same arrangement as the two bedroom Villas with an additional bedroom on the second floor but each offers more space and privacy. 

Three Bedroom Villa ( Kamajaya  Villa):
